California, USA (Scoop): VoiceQ, a New Zealand-patented software solution for dubbing voices onto films and television programmes, has been awarded special recognition in the 2007 Hollywood Post Alliance Engineering Excellence Awards. […] VoiceQ is a translation and cueing software solution for ADR (automated dialogue replacement) and dubbing of film and television projects which streamlines the process of replacing dialogue on moving images. It arose from the company’s work in dubbing Maori-language voices onto overseas animated programmes for Maori Television Service’s children’s broadcasts.
