Converting sign language to audio and video

Tokyo, Japan (JCN): KMI Co., Ltd is creating an Embedded RF Finger system which helps the computer recognize sign language and convert it to audio and video. Through the RF sensors the computer can recognize the positioning of the fingers and recognize letters and words. Still in the development stage, the system can be easily adapted to each countries' sign language and can be used for communication, rehabilitation and education for people who are learning sign language.
