Pennsylvania, USA (CBS): New technology is closing the communication gap at a center that helps the deaf and hard of hearing in York. The branch of Lutheran Social Services on Kelly Drive is the first place in the city to have a public videophone available for the deaf community. A video relay operator serves as an interpreter and helps the deaf carry out their daily phone business face to face.
