[…] All this doesn’t come cheap. The single screen TelePresence 1000, designed for small group meetings, comes in at $79,000 while the TelePresence 3000, with three 65 inch plasma screens, and designed for “meetings” of 12 or more round a virtual table, costs $299,000. Presumably, that’s for just one side of the virtual meeting room. Cisco claims participants will feel as if they’re in the same room together.
