Ahmedabad, India (Newsline): A tiny box with a speaker and a copper strap is what Kiritbhai Patel, principal of Agiyol Primary School in Himmatnagar, calls as his invention. It’s a hearing aid designed by him for hearing impaired. The device costs only Rs 100 and a person with hearing defect can connect it to a computer, TV or other electronic item to hear, as it helps transform vibrations into sounds.
