Ontario, Canada (Globe and Mail): Although still in its development stage, pensioner Margaret Atwood's remote autographing device has been given a thumbs down by users of abebooks.com, the world's largest on-line retail site for rare and used books. 96% of polled users found the most interesting thing was meeting an author in person, not just obtaining an autographed copy of their work.
