Cutting costs with VoIP
|
| |
New York, USA (Business Week): There's no doubt that using VoIP can slash a small company's phone bill by 20% to 30%. New York-based researcher Access Markets International Partners predicts that 250,000 small businesses will be using VoIP by the end of 2005. Whether your company should join them depends on how many employees you have and how long they stick around, the cost of your current phone service, and your tolerance for the occasional lost call.
