Welsh courts to allow use of Welsh
|
| |
Cardiff, Wales (NW): A goal has been set to let people use the Welsh language in any court in Wales without any obstacles. Meri Huws, Chair of the Welsh Language Board said, "It's very significant that the National Offenders Management Service is putting the Welsh clearly on its agenda as it starts to ensure a high quality standard of service. It shows a wider consideration to seek to ensure that services are available in Welsh for everybody in society and for every aspect of life and is another step towards creating a truly bilingual Wales."
