Kentucky, USA (Kentucky): A small Eastern Kentucky city apparently has become the first municipality in Kentucky to adopt English as its official language. City commissioners in Inez, which has a population of 466 and is the seat of Martin County on the West Virginia border, voted unanimously Friday to adopt a resolution that requires all of the town's official documents and all regular business to be written or conducted in English.
