Pennsylvania English only?

Pennsylvania, USA (Allentown Morning Call): If the Pennsylvania Official Language Act (HB 2089) is adopted, Pennsylvania would join 27 other states in making English the official language. In at least the spirit of this mean-headed bill, a Spanish translation would be illegal if it didn't fall under one of the act's exceptions. Clearly, because of these exceptions and the basic realities of life today, this law is not needed.
