Washington, USA (The Conservative Voice): The Pacific Legal Foundation is to appeal a federal District Court ruling [see Inttranews report “ProEnglish protest against translation ruling”, 09.03.05] that leaves doctors, hospitals, and other health care providers vulnerable to civil rights charges if they fail to provide interpreters for patients who speak any one of the hundreds of languages spoken in the United States.
