Ottawa, Canada (Ottawa Citizen): Ottawa's public servants accounted for the largest increase in complaints about Canada's bilingualism laws last year, says federal language commissioner Dyane Adam.
Speaking to reporters as she tabled her sixth annual report, Ms. Adam said yesterday the biggest rise in complaints about the country's official languages legislation last year came from anglophones.
