The first of its kind, it will promote equal opportunities good practice and tackle issues of access, training and representation, both behind the camera and on-screen. <br>Access issues for people with disabilities are also a key part of the charter. 14% of the population class themselves as disabled, whilst only 6% of the cinema-going population are disabled.
