Yellowknife, Canada (CBC North): A worker in Hay River hospital has been reprimanded for speaking French.
The woman was given a letter of reprimand after she was overheard speaking French to a co-worker at H.H. Williams hospital. The letter says it is rude and impolite to speak another language other than English, including French or aboriginal languages.
