Denial of service

California, USA: Although some 44% of the people in Fresno County speak Spanish, the County Coroner’s Office has refused to provide translation or interpreting services, indicating that Hispanics must provide their own interpreters. The refusal contravenes US federal legislation introduced during the Clinton administration, which requires public services to enable access to their services in the languages of all users.
