Reading research

Oklahoma, USA (Daily O'Collegian): The DPI eye tracker records their eye movements as they read the sentences. By tracking the reflection from their eye, it can tell which words they looked at and for how long. It can also note if the person re-reads the sentence. The research will study how unimpaired readers integrate the meanings of words in sentences first. Through this, it will be easier for researchers to identify individuals who process words abnormally and why.
