The ultimate translation job

Washington, USA (Space.com): The ultimate translation job will be the one when we finally receive an intelligent message from outer space. We have come one step closer to that with the discovery on Friday July 29 of 2003 EL61, a new planet on the outskirts of our own solar system in the Kuiper Belt. 2003 EL61 is 32 percent as massive as Pluto and is estimated to be about 70 percent of Pluto's diameter. The announcement came just hours after another newfound object, one slightly smaller than Pluto, was revealed. The new object, temporarily named 2003 UB313, is about three times as far from the Sun as is Pluto.
