European software localization survey
|
| |
Athens, Greece (Ionian University): In an ongoing effort to improve cost- and quality efficient practices under even tighter time margins, the software localization service providers investigate strategies to improve their practices. Since this in tacit knowledge of enterprise organization and workflow management is not yet documented and the evaluation models are still company based, we do believe that the European localization needs must be examined thoroughly and mostly on a macroscopic level. This is the scope of the European software localization survey, an initiative held in the framework of Ionian University, Department of Foreign Languages, Translation and Interpreting, Greece.
