New York (Business week): The new Acoona search engine (named after the Swahili expression “acoona matata” for “don’t worry”) launched on December 6 in the presence of Bill Clinton and backed by China Daily Information Services) could prove a very useful tool for business, if it works as promised.
Accoona (www.accoona.com includes a global database of 32 million companies (including 5 million in China). Click on an infinity symbol next to a company name and an info-box pops up with its address, contact information, sales, and number of employees.
